Processing & Delivery Times
Please allow 4–7 business days for your order to be processed and for tracking information to be emailed to you.
Express orders are prioritized and shipped as quickly as possible.
Note: Receiving your tracking number means your order has shipped — not that it has been delivered yet.
If you need to make a change to your order, email info@merchandiseix.com immediately with your Order # in the subject line.
If your order hasn’t shipped after 10 business days, please check your spam folder — our team will contact you if your address was flagged by the system.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and order size.
Free Shipping:
Orders over $75 USD qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.
International orders are not eligible for free shipping, but Merch IX covers part of the cost to keep rates low.
International Orders
We proudly ship to select countries worldwide.
Please allow 1–2 days for processing and 7–14 business days for delivery on all international orders.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and do not include duties or taxes.
Important: International orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU).
This means customs fees, duties, or import taxes will be billed by your country’s carrier before delivery.
Merch IX does not collect these charges and cannot estimate them in advance.
